The Little House, boutique home near the sea

House is compact and has most things that you need. It is small but for 1 or 2 people it's adequate. It is in a good position in the town.

There really needs to be at least one fan at the property! It was hot, as it has been on and off this year, and the lack of a fan was really a problem. Downstairs was hot, upstairs was unbearable. There are blackout blinds in the bedroom, but to get any air through the windows you need to have the blinds up. Unfortunately, a security light at a neighbouring property was then going on and off throughout the night. Needless to say, between the heat and the light, there was very little quality sleep. It is also worth noting, the property is located in quite a noisy area. The main road runs just behind it, so there is a fair amount of traffic noise. As this is a residential area rather than somewhere mainly used by visitors, there was also quite a lot of general noise and shouting from neighbouring properties.

We loved the nautical theme and the amount of space there was. You can't tell from the outside but it is like a tardis inside. It was also very clean with a great comfortable bed. It was also very close to the beach, a nine minute walk away.Thank you 🤗

Little House is perfect for couple days. It is so close to the seaside! Was unable to find a fan, maybe there is one as I did not look too hard. Otherwise was perfect.

Near the sea, about a 12 min walk, comfortable bed, tea and coffee pods were a nice touch, quiet close with a friendly neighbour, parking for two cars was good, including electric hook up (which we didn’t need but great to see), dog friendly.

It doesn’t state any outside space but I assumed (wrongly) that there would be a small yard (we have a dog), for us that was fine as we could walk him on the greens just near the house (there’s also a bridleway wall quite close), just meant you couldn’t simply open the door and let him out for a pee. Need to hoover under the bed…
