The wifi didn't function, and there was no available TV in the sitting room. There was no hot water pressure in the bathroom that was uncomfortable for our big family. No washing machine, unfortunately I haven't found it 😕 but it is mentioned in the list of conveniences

Very well equipped house, the kitchen had nice utensils and pots and pans and plates. The beds were extremely comfortable, the sheets were lovely and the bath towels and hand towels were very good quality. Nothing cheap about the place. it felt like a home that had been lived in and attention to many of the details was in evidence. It was not just a cheap rental with IKEA furniture.

I had to send 9 messages to the property to find out how the check in. She finally responded only after I contacted Booking.com customer service. First time in all my years using this site did I have to contact customer service. I found the keys by accident. The air quality was rated purple—dangerous particle pollution. We left a day early due to the horrible pollution

Non c'è Internet. Non esiste la connessione nonostante abbia chiesto prima di affittare la struttura se ci fosse, e ci avessero assicurato che c'era. Avevo già visto un'altra recensione, poco prima del nostro soggiorno, dire che non c'era internet. Ho chiamato e chiesto espressamente se ci fosse. La persona che gestisce la struttura, mi ha assicurato che c'era, poi una volta sul posto è stato impossibile raggiungerla, o farci dare una soluzione per l'utilizzo di Internet. Eravamo lì per lavoro, quindi è stato un grosso problema. Le zone esterne ( giardino e terrazza) erano poco curate, un deposito di oggetti e spazzatura. I bidoni della spazzatura nel giardino interno della villetta, erano stracolmi e non abbiamo potuto mettere la nostra spazzatura.
