The room was clean and comfortable, location good especially close to pedestrian shopping/restaurant area. Management very helpful.

Great clean hotel a few steps away from the historic centre.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful stuff. Everything was very clean and brand new.

The shower cabin was a bit difficult to squeeze into, otherwise the room was very comfortable.

Simple hotel, friendly staff

This was a lovely little hotel. The staff were lovely and really went above and beyond in making my stay very comfortable. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the wifi was good and the location was right at the edge of the main city.

This is a minor thing but there was nowhere to put shampoo/toiletries in the shower except the ground

Good base for a week's stay in Bonn

Slightly quirky small hotel (it seems to be an offshoot of a restaurant). Had what I needed for a week's stay associated with a meeting - comfortable spot. Located on the north edge of the old town, a bit away from the station but good tram connections, and not noisy despite being near main roads. Had a refrigerator (unusual in European hotels) which made doing one's own breakfast feasible, although they do provide it (at a cost).

Only staffed during limited hours (although the restaurant is a backup if you need someone later).

Very clean room. Nice people. The staff lady was so nice and friendly gave us advice on our city visit. close to car parking.

You need to take your luggage with your hand to the first floor. And the lift is very small though it is not a big problem for short stay.

central location, parking (which I’d normally not require for a central location, but due to changing plans, we did), cleanliness and security. there was a fridge in the room. Cafes nearby.

Excellent finish to the rooms. High quality. Well furnished.

Finding it was a little difficult as I expected it to be close to the river from the picture on booking.com. That said, well situated for the city and for our overnight it was perfect.

Great place to stay, highly recommend!

The rooms were comfortable, fresh and clean. Great location near the centre of Bonn, though a bit of a walk (30 min) to the university campus.

Room would feel small for a couple, but was perfect for one. They do have larger rooms, so might be worth the extra cost if sharing a room.
