Everything. The infrastructure is charming, the food sublime, and the staff always smiling and helpful.

The only minor issue would be that the staff is not speaking English at all, but all were super kind.

This property is a gem .We are glad that we found it .Not just the property entire village is so beautiful.It is like some fairytale place . We had a fantastic stay . The breakfast served is also kind of elaborate ,you have plenty of choice .This place provides very good coffee that is complimentary which also adds a little for people who love coffee. Exploring this quaint town with its cute cafés and restaurants was super fun .

Firstly it was a Sunday the day we were supposed to chk in .Sunday means no service and restaurant is close .Secondly we were supposed to chk in by 2ish which the owner agreed to but due to some accident and driving delays it was almost 5pm .We were driving in this new country for the first time and the time anticipated went wrong .Although we kept the guys informed about the delay with updates sent many time . The check in is till 8pm but we were rushed ,the owner even sent us a message saying we need to hurry up and it doesn’t take do much of time . We were harrowed a bit coz this delay wasn’t intentional .Also upon arrival the welcome was rushed seem only interested in the money to be paid for next morning breakfast . Very insensitive approach . Also if you cannot take bookings on a Sunday for your personal reasons pls keep bookings close .

Hotel U Hrádku nás naprosto nadchl. Největší poděkování patří majitelům za jejich mimořádně vstřícný, milý a profesionální přístup, díky kterému jsme se po celou dobu cítili jako vítaní hosté. Velmi oceňujeme také vkusně zařízené interiéry, krásné a klidné prostředí i perfektní čistotu celého hotelu. Vše bylo upravené, útulné a promyšlené do posledního detailu. Skvělým zážitkem byly i snídaně – bohatý výběr, čerstvé suroviny a výborná kvalita. Hotel U Hrádku můžeme jen doporučit. Děkujeme za krásný pobyt a rádi se sem vrátíme.
