- not clean room, and in the room was beetles or cockroaches; - not clean swimming pool, a fungus has formed in the foot water before entering the pool, everyone is just overplaying; - deposit of 200 eur. For what? no mini bar at the room, no room service, no any food; - rude receptionist who doesn't know anything about customer focus

Superb

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious the tea and coffee facilities were great as there was a kettle. The balcony was also good. Plenty of pillows and towels and we did have robes although we didn't use the spar it was nice to have them.

For the price perhaps more bottles of water and tea (luckily I had my own)

Everything except the airconditioning was perfection

Fantastic hotel that was almost perfect. The rooms were and felt very spacious, very well insulated and very clean. The bed was great! Amazing shower, everything just also looked beautiful. If you like modern hotels this is great! We also booked an hour in the spa, which I definitely recommend! So beautiful and great sauna, hammam and cooling down options, also a hottub. This is a great hotel with a luxurious feel to it.

We booked this hotel specifically for the airconditioning because it was 40 degrees outside, and after almost 2 weeks of older hotels and B&B’s we just wanted to cool down in a luxurious hotel, and stay inside for a day and night. Unfortunately the airconditioning made a sound as if it was working but it didn’t actually do anything. I woke up at 1 AM sweating in my bed. Partner went down to the reception and eventually we got another room. After moving through the hotel in our pyjamas and with all our stuff we got into a room that seemed cooler. I would say that airconditioning was functional but it still was too warm in the room, and we couldn’t get it any cooler. I read that many comments said the same thing, that the airconditioning either didn’t work or didn’t work well. I think it’s a shame that a nice hotel like this one doesn’t seem to do anything about that. Other than this problem, I would say our stay was perfect. I just am not sure if I would book here again if it’s really hot.

Good stop over hotel for travelling.

Stylish, clean, great breakfast and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and great shower.

Room was a bit small and too hot during the night. The pool was gorgeous but again too warm. The hotel is on a light industrial estate just off a motorway.

Great hotel with amazing facilities.

the room was clean . The bed comfortable enough and the overall size of the room was great for a couple. The atmosphere and the facilities of the hotel were great, I would expect it to be a five star hotel.

the doors of the bathroom and toilet they are not really good, they don’t close well plus there is no real sound proof . Also the breakfast was quite simple, not many fresh fruits and didn’t have a big variety of food.
