Spacious, nice room and bed setup, plenty of space in kitchen and convenient washer/dryer.
When we opened the tap in the sink, the shower, toilet and sink simultaneously started gurling and dirty, yellow water with feces started rising from all three drains. It then went down, but we were not able to use the bathroom and all 7 of us had to use the upstairs bathroom. In the basement there was water on the floor and a fan pointed towards the floor and running. Something is clearly broken. The back sliding door did not lock. I just went back and checked and another review had cited this, but it seems like it was not fixed.
