Modern Downtown Apt - Walk to Parks + Cafes!

Extremely neat and clean, and in a central part of downtown across from the Anchorage Hotel. Within an easy walk to shops and restaurants and the Central hub of the bus station. The owners made a beautiful photo book with directions on how everything works in the apartment. The hosts were wonderful and easy to get ahold of when needed. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances. stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, 2 coffee machines with coffee, creamer and sugars and many other kitchen items. All in all it was a WONDERFUL place to stay! Will definitely try to stay here again when in Anchorage, and only about 6 miles from the airport!

I don't even like to mention this, because it was a non issue. It is possible I couldn't figure out what I was doing. LOL but It was a bit difficult to keep the apartment cool enough for us. (crazy thing to say in Alaska lol) But we could open the door and there were fans in the apartment. So again totally a non issue. I could have turned on the AC, but just couldn't bring myself to do that in winter in AK. LOL

Wonderful location and host!

Great location, so easy to walk everywhere downtown. The apartment had all the amenities needed, wanted or could think of.

The apartment was walking distance from downtown!! Very convenient to the train station, shops and restaurants. It was spacious and a nice place to spread out and relax as well.

It was a nit noisy, but the owner/host provided ear plugs if necessary. Also the air conditioner in the bedroom was very noisy. Also it was s bit warm and hard to manage the controls that monitored the heat/fan.
