Location, and room space

The WiFi was not working. We asked several time to fix it but no one did the follow up. We had work to be done and this was very unfortunate that this think could not be solved. We asked room service for breakfast and was not available in the facility.

The location is excellent right on the harbour. We went into the pay spa which was spotless and the staff were lovely. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the coffee was excellent, staff here were very efficient and kind. Reception staff were all excellent at their jobs and friendly. The room staff did an excellent job daily. Thank you to all the staff in this section.

1. No restaurant in the Hôtel. 2. No bar in the Hôtel. 3. The rooftop bar/terrace lets down the Hôtel and you need to book it, so you could not just go for an impromptu drink, staff were not friendly or efficient. We did complain about this which is something in all our travels we have never done before. The staff need training in hospitality and a smile or a hello would help as well. The manager actively listened to our views which was refreshing at least. Good luck to him.

The hotel and breakfast were absolutely wonderful

Fantastic central location on the harbour front. Modern, clean facilities and stylish decor. Spacious room with a great view. Friendly, helpful staff.

The noise from the bars which lasted until the early hours of the morning. The breakfast choice could have been wider. The room was stuffy when the wellness facilities were in use as the heat rose from the floor below.
