Everything perfect.
Nice location right near a main plaza and 5 mins walk to pazari. Another street with bars and cafes is also 5 mins away near the church.
Comfortable and big double bed. Clean washroom with hot water and strong pressure. Excellent AC and mini fridge. There are 2 apartment one on ground and one on second floor.
There is free parking outside. Though I didn't see any shops or markets nearby.
Owner was pushy about the payment. I was being chased before checkin until 4 hours after, atleast couple of times. Being a Genius member here I have stayed in over a 100 different apartments in over 20 countries. I have always left cash payment on honour basis everywhere.
And the next day when I messaged for late checkout my message wasn't read until later in the evening when I had left the city.
That seemed really awkward to me.

Great location and easy to park outside. Piro gave good directions
The balcony was shared with the other room. It was more like a hotel room. We were asked to wash the coffee cups, put the towels in a bin and throw away our rubbish and to respect the property. This is a first for us!

A super spacious and modern guesthouse in the heart of the city. Very close both to the old town of Korce and the new part.
The location is quite and the room has a very comfortable, big bed where you can make the best sleep of your life. 😀
The communication with Piro was good and he gave us all the details in order to check in by ourselves.
