Exceptional

The house was great, so clean and all the facilities you could ask for. We really appreciate the plate of cakes, thank you. Communication beforehand was easy, with the WhatsApp video really useful for finding the key. The surrounding area was nice and would definitely be worth exploring in the summer. I have no negatives, but a suggestion for the bathroom. The shower entrance would benefit with a slight lip to help keep the rest of the bathroom floor dry.

Fantastic location, loved the dune area. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Noticed a few ants around the property, but I guess this is inevitable with a summer property. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay

heel basic huisje, maar niet goed onderhouden spijtig genoeg.

de rust rond het huisje was zalig. voldoende kamers voor ons gezelschap. daarom hadden we dit ook gekozen. we konden appart slapen zonder dat er kinderen bij ons op de kamer moesten.

de hygiëne viel echt tegen, het rook muf als je binnenkwam. de grond was vuil, er hingen spinnenwebben in de hoeken met hier en daar nog een bewoner in. de ramen waren niet gepoetst en dat was niet van 1 week, je kon er nauwelijks doorkijken. in de grote slaapkamer lag er een hoop zand in de hoek van de kamer. het glaswerk in de badkamer was ook zeker niet proper gepoetst, veel vettige vuile strepen op het glas. douchegordijn beschimmelt onderaan. matrassen en kussens hadden plekken van de vorige huurders, dit kan perfect vermeden worden met beschermers errond (en ja, dat is mss muggenziften want dat heb je op meerdere plaatsen maar als er 1 ding niet ok is dan valt dat nog harder op) ik heb 's avonds met de verhuurder gestuurd over dit en het enige wat hij zei was 'ik geef het door', via booking kan ik geen foto's doorsturen, deze heb ik naar zijn gsm gestuurd (die nummer vond ik via booking bij de gegevens) maar ik heb hier geen reactie op gehad. dat er helemaal geen excuses aan te pas kwamen vind ik zeer jammer! basic is ok, zeker en vast. wij reizen heel veel in basic settings maar basic wil niet zeggen minder hygiëne! pak dit aan en je hebt een mooi vakantiehuisje hoor! is echt puur opkuisen en klaar.

Satisfaisant pour les adultes, excellent pour les enfants. Maison sympathique avec des enfants et en été.

Les enfants ont adoré ! C’est le principal ! Pelouse même si c’est du synthétique, c’est pratique et propre Terrasse Chambres en bas Présence d’un BBQ Eau chaude directe dans la douche et cuisine Les multi-prises Présence de pas mal d’ustensiles électriques utiles dans la cuisine (batteur, mixeur, grille pain, presse agrumes, gaufrier) Le soleil nous accompagne toute la journée

L’odeur du renfermé en entrant La chambre en haut : très près du plafond Les escaliers pour y accéder: dangereux Le manque de vaisselle (saladier entre autres) Très petite table à la cuisine. Heureusement nous avons pu déjeuner tous les jours dehors. Dommage pour l’emplacement du coin supplémentaire qui est très joli mais séparé de la terrasse Loin de la mer à pied (sur la carte, cela paraît moins loin)

Klein,aber fein. 4 Nächte als kleine Familie mit Hund

Wir fanden die Möglichkeit zu grillen super. Auch das eingezäunte Grundstück war für unseren Hund perfekt. Die ruhige Lage war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Im Vorfeld wurden wir per WhatsApp persönlich kontaktiert und kleine Muffins standen als Begrüßung in der Küche.

Das Bett war etwas laut und hat bei jeder Drehung geknarzt. Die Schlafzimmerhöhe unten war für größere Menschen (+1,80m) etwas niedrig.

Außenbereich und Lage TOP im Haus leider naja mit Abstrichen

Dem Haus als gesamt Einschätzung gebe ich ein befriedigend. Wir waren schon in sehr vielen FeWos oder Häuser sodass ich einen guten Überblick habe. Der Garten war sehr schön. Leider hatten wir nicht das passende Wetter. Wenn wir den Garten genießen könnten wäre es vielleicht besser gewesen. Grill und Sitzgelegenheiten sind vorhanden. Lage ist genial 😎

Aus dem Haus könnte man wirklich etwas schönes machen, wenn etwas investiert würde. Wohnbereich ist okay. In der Küche fehlte es zum Beispiel an einer Pfanne und einer großen Schüssel schließlich ist es für sechs Personen gedacht. Backofen ist auch nicht drin. Heizung nur elektrisch und dadurch war es auch nicht so warm. Bad war nach dem Duschen Unterwasser hier würde ein neuer Abfluss sinnvoll sein. Ich musste mit dem Schieber das Bad jedesmal reinigen. Betten weich (für mich, 75KG und 175cm) und in die Jahre gekommen. Bettwäsche war da musste auch selber bezogen werden. Ebenfalls würde ich mehr auf Sauberkeit achten. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir nachbessern liegt vielleicht daran, dass die Endreinigung selbst übernommen werden kann. Machen dann die Meisten. Auch um die Gebühr zu sparen. Hier sind die Unterschiede groß.

Endroit calme, sympathique et bien situé.

La maison est très bien située et clôturée pratique quand on y va avec des chiens. Très propre et décoration soignée. Merci pour la petite attention à notre arrivée. Nous avons bien profité de l’extérieur. Nous regrettons uniquement le manque de transats extérieurs utilisables pour profiter du soleil.

Merci pour les petites attentions (café, cookies et bûches notamment). Il y a également beaucoup d'accessoires de cuisine, ce qui n'est pas souvent le cas lors de locations.

Zalig, we gaan volgende week terug❣️

Ligging…súper rustig 🧘, verwacht geen super uitzicht, maar wel een gezellige, grote, volledig omheinde tuin (perfect voor honden) Op wandelafstand van het stand, maar het natuurgebied dat je door moet maakt het meer dan de moeite waard. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor wandel- en fietstochten (knooppunten) Huisje… niet super groot en geen grote luxe, maar wel comfortabel en gezellig. Hard bed, maar dat is ok voor ons; klein badkamertje, maar proper en goede warme douche; keukentje zéér goed uitgerust (potten, pannen, bestek, servies, onderleggers, keukengerei, toaster, mixer, waterkoker, filter koffiezetapparaat INCL filters en koffie!, kruiden, afwasmiddel en blokjes voor afwasmachine, bakpapier voor oven, aluminium en plastiekfolie, enz…)

Op wandelafstand zijn er geen winkels of eet/drank etablissementen, maar met de wagen wel in minder dan 5 min… voor ons niet echt een probleem, maar wel vermeldenswaardig Bij aankomst heb ik de pannen nog even moeten poetsen en de koffiezet was ook niet netjes, maar veronderstel dat dit gewoon over t hoofd gezien was 🤫

Ideale ligging van het huisje. Dicht bij de duinen, leuk wandelen in de buurt.

Handleiding van haardvuur was nergens te vinden. Vochtig huisje. Geen voorraad aan toiletpapier.
