Wir wurden durch unsere Gastgeber sehr herzlich begrüßt und auch während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes waren sie stets für Informationen und Wünsche ansprechbar. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und wohnlich. Durch die zentrale Lage war sie ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten in der Stadt aber auch für Erkundungen im weiteren Umland. Annaberg-Buchholz und das Arzgebirg sind nicht nur in der Weihnachtszeit eine Reise wert!

Für die wetterlichen Kapriolen in diesen Maitagen könnten wir höchstens Petrus ein Pünktchen abziehen. Andererseits gehört ja Schnee auch irgendwie zum Erzgebirge.

Die Unterkunft war sehr liebevoll gestaltet, sogar mit einem Weihnachtsbaum und erzgebirgischer Deko. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Lage perfekt

Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Sie war jetzt in der Weihnachtszeit liebevoll dekoriert. Selbst ein Tannenbaum war da. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung war perfekt- Zum Weihnachtsmarkt waren es nur ein paar Minuten.

If you are an old school German speaking person who is not too tall or large, this place would be quite nice. The host Roswithe is very nice, The apartment is large and clean. It is close to a village square for restaurants and exploring. The town is scenic and quaint. Price was reasonable.

The accommodations did not work very well for us. If you are over 6'tall (183cm) the bed is too short and the shower is quite small which makes it easy to bump the control and change the temperature. There is no elevator and it is a long stairway to the second level with luggage. The house is on a steep cobblestone hill with very limited street parking and many small one-way streets which make driving to the location very challenging. While the apartment is smoke free, there is frequent smoking of other guests in the courtyard below which fills the lower hall and entry as well as drifting up to the windows. The host speaks only German. Google translate helps some, but communication was quite difficult. Going in and out requires a lot of key turning on both sides of two doors. There is no ac, and no screens on the windows.
