The secluded close proximity to the river and the free use of kayaks on the river. Use of the lovely hot tub. It was idyllic.
Very dusty. Unclean oven. Bats and balls and table tennis table not good.

the location is awesome and the house was very nice with everything we needed. so much to do that we will definitely stay there again. the caverns are just 15 minutes and the river offers a lot of options.
the windows ( especially back of house ) need better shades to help AC keep up. we had to open windows in the afternoon and fortunately pollen was not bad but it was not that hot so in summer I could see this being an issue.
