Beautiful, modern house with small garden. Well appointed. Great location, about 15 minute walk to the central area with the attractions, restaurants, shops and 5-10 minutes to a beach. Host was very accommodating and had left us a bottle of wine, bottles of water and some snacks. A nice welcoming touch. He also provided many recommendations for activities and places to eat. It was a great stay and I highly recommend it.

The only thing that was tricky was the wifi was not constant in all the rooms of the house. A very minor inconvenience.

WOW – Pure perfection! Honestly, this place was perfection. Just wow. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome. He gave us a quick but super helpful overview of everything — links to the best and closest beaches, markets, places to visit in the city and nearby areas. Rating this place a 10 feels like not enough. The apartment offers such comfort and a peaceful atmosphere that you truly feel like you're at home. It’s fully equipped with everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, 3 TVs, 3 air conditioners, and even a lovely yard with a BBQ and spit for grilling. I literally have no words — this is hands down the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed in.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this accommodation — everything was truly top-notch. All compliments go to the hosts for their incredible effort in furnishing and equipping the house with such care and attention to detail.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully located house, just a short walk from the sea (Kyani Akti) and the center of Preveza. It was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, which was especially helpful since we were traveling with our baby. The home was clean, well-organized, and felt new. Areti and Vaggelis were incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their hospitality truly made a difference. We’ll always consider them friends and would gladly return.
