Sobretodo la ubicación (inmejorable) y la amplitud del apartamento.
Podrían mejorar algunas estancias como lavabos o la cocina, pero en general está todo perfecto.

Absolutely unbeatable location and views. Large open spaces in the flat are perfect for large families/groups. Tons of sunlight. Lots of character.
The place could use a freshen up, but honestly you're getting exactly what you expect and if it was newly renovated, they could charge 3 times the price. Sure there are broken tiles and some peeling paint, but it's part of the charm. The reviews warn you in advance that it's in a busy/loud location and it's not a brand new flat, but it has amazing views and it's very perfectly located. So if you go in knowing that, I found that it exceeded my expectations and I was totally fine having my wife and kids there. We loved it.

Me encantó su ubicación en plena plaza del Pilar. Abres las ventanas y ves toda la plaza.
A la casa le hace falta una mano de obra. Habían azulejos del suelo que estaban despegados y se movían y era peligroso porque al caminar te podías tropezar. Las paredes de algunas habitaciones les hace falta una mano de pintura y hay algunos enchufes de mírame y no me toques. Están flojos y se caen.
