Quiet, comfortable and clean

Needs to be power washed outside and sprayed for bugs. I killed a few spiders in the kitchen while cooking. A few things should be tighten up. I had problems with the sliding glass door in the shower and the bottom towel rack fell every time I put anything on it so I didn’t. I texted Vacasa and no one texted in return. Oh and despite what the air was on the master bedroom stayed COLD!!

very nice property, great location, I love not having to keep up with a key.

Most of the ceiling fans didn’t work, the fridge was very hard to open, and the ice maker dispenser didn’t work. Not a huge problem, but just fyi

the tub in the master bedroom could of been cleaned better the shower head had scale on it and the shower doors had black moldish residue on it (bottom rails) which a toothbrush and proper cleaning would fix .and the problem with the AC on the last day. it went out about 3:30pm we had left apt then when we came back to the apartment less then 30 minutes later it was unbearable from the heat ,we opened the doors ,then there was a rain storm no air circulation. we contacted the property via text who advised us to turn the unit off then back on from the breaker to see if problems still continued ,we tried that a few times to no avail .we slept in miserable conditions and checked out earlier then we wanted to and ran into a rainstorm again.
