La limpieza y el trato del personal

Quizás los colchones y las almohadas deberían ser algo mejor.

La terraza con vistas al mar es sin duda el punto fuerte del alojamiento. Las camas son cómodas y el salón es muy amplio. Cuenta con parking en el mismo bloque. El personal es atento, nos olvidamos el cargador y enseguida nos llamaron para avisar y poder recuperarlo.

El ascensor no funcionaba y en el rellano no había luz. El apartamento huele bastante mal a tubería y una de las duchas no funcionaba bien.

Location is amazing what a view.10 min walk to the nearest bar and restaurant.Ideal location to visit Nerja and Torrox.

Nothing really balcony slightly over looked but it wasn’t a problem

The apartment was a useful base for touring the area, including a trip to Malaga. It was spacious and had a large private terrace with a wonderful view over the pool and way out to sea. There was plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment largely functional. The underground parking was a very helpful bonus.

Everything looked and felt a little dull and dated and in need of modernisation. Better lighting might have helped. The toaster did not work and one of the outside chairs was broken. I nearly fell over when sitting on it. The boiler cannot heat sufficient water quickly enough to cope with showers. We just about managed by staggering our usage but the pressure was also very poor. The latter 3 issues were reported to reception when we checked out. Would have done so earlier to allow the management to rectify things but we had a tightly packed sight seeing agenda in the 2 days of our 3 night stay. Had we stayed longer we would also have been frustrated by the absence of pool towels.
