I do not even know what to say there is lots of good thing.but warm or hot water for a shower is unreasonable to ask .

It was clean. The rooms are very nice. Staff is great! The food is outstanding

You can’t get hot water for a shower. That is not ok. They acknowledged that was an issue and they are working on it. We checked with other guest and they said the same thing. We were also told to try and let it run for 3-10 mins. This did not yield hot water or even warm water. It was cool water. Also although the area is charming the roosters and dogs start barking and cock a doodling at 2:30 am. They are loud bring ear plugs.

Stunning property, the rooms are beautiful, beds, extremely comfortable, and the staff exceptional. They also have an amazing restaurant. About a three minute walk to the beach, which was full on waves and very quiet not a lot of people around.

The location is about a 15 minute ride from the main town which did not bother me, but due to being out in the country, there are a lot of wild chickens and roosters running around and they start with their vocalization sometimes 3-4 in the morning until about 8 AM and throughout the day you’ll hear them so as nice as the property was, I did not get great sleep. They also have construction starting next-door, but that did not affect me on this trip. Also had very limited hot water during most of my stay and the pool was freezing, but otherwise this property was amazing

Hotel was lovely. Was on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been too and the sunrise was magnificent. We ate in the restaurant every night which was lovely and the staff were extremely attentive and kind. Not much around except nature which we really liked.

Luxury in magical place

This might be my favorite hotel I’ve ever been to. It has all the amenities of a high-end hotel—luxurious beds, soundproofed rooms, powerful and hor shower, high ceilings, beautiful design touches like the rock hangers—but it still has all the charm of a boutique accommodation in the middle of a magical jungle/small fishing village. The service and hospitality was amazing from those who attended us at reception to those who served us at dinner. I was so sad to leave this paradise!

Gourgeous

Everything is gorgeous the moment you put a foot at the reception the experience starts. The rooms have an excellent design very clean with a great atmosphere. The beds are very comfortable, you definitely don’t want to leave.

It doesn’t have a view to the sea, only to the empty lot next to them. They didn’t have service in the rooftop.

Beautiful property and amazing food! We had the extra large room (forget the name) with the palapa roof...beautiful but we could hear our neighbours in the next room. Didn't like that!

see noise from room beside us...barely any sound proofing. Dogs barking late into the night...nothing the hotel can do about that.

There was construction happening in the front lobby/entrance. The powere went off twice during our stay. When it comes back on there is an alarming noise that comes and goes for 5 minutes.

Relaxing and beautiful

Very nice rooms. The beds we comfortable and the decor created a relaxing ambiance. The pool had salt instead of Clorox which made it wonderful to soak it in longer without having to damage hair or skin. The staff was super friendly and very attentive to one’s needs.

The rooms don’t have tvs. There is a communal tv room. It’s at the end of the hotel lane. Other than that the place was beautiful.

Great new(er) hotel with fantastic pool and rooms and super friendly staff

Super friendly staff who made sure you enjoyed your stay. Great facilities, solid restaurant with great breakfasts especially. Rooms are spacious and modern, fridge in room also for storing water etc.

Mini bar would have been nice as restaurant/bar is closed each Monday. Also the rooftop lounge area is so nice and offers a great spot to watch the sunset and relax, however no bar service. We stayed during the end of high season so not sure if this is offered during the peak of high season.

The restaurant is amazing, the bartender is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it :)

The beach (playa la bocana) was quiet, large and nice and only a 2 minute easy walk, but there is no shade. The hotel is not close to many things so you may want to take a taxi into town, but that is only 100 pesos.

Would recommend for those looking for a boutique hotel experience and don't mind a remote location

The staff were friendly, attentive, genuine, and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was excellent - many kudos to the chef. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious, new, and modern. We would recommend this hotel if you want a more local Mexican feel instead of a resort type feel.

Overall we had a great experience but would like to provide some constructive feedback. The wifi in the rooms could be improved and note that the hotel will quickly run out of beach towels. Prior to arriving at the hotel, we had sent a message with a few questions. While we did eventually receive a response, it could have been done in a much timelier manner. We also tried calling the hotel many times and no one ever answered the phone. Similar to what other guests have stated, the location of this hotel is very remote. It's a minimum 20-minute drive away from the downtown area and Huatulco has windy roads. It's also located in a community so be prepared to hear constant rooster noises and dogs barking. Finally, a warning about booking massages directly through the hotel. It's obvious that the hotel will recommend someone close by in the community but will expect a kickback so the price they quote you will be much higher than if you go out onto the street and approach the 2 massages places that are literally within a minute walking distance, yourself.

Calm, relaxing beautiful vacation

The customer service was amazing. All staff were very very friendly and helpful. Eric was exceptional. The hotel itself was so beautiful. The rooms are like some kind of tropical island luxury huts. The food was also amazing. Them shrimp tacos are the bomb!!! But you'll have to take out of the shell if you don't want to eat shrimp heads! :) The hotel is small, but when your inside the hotel grounds, it's like a little paradise! The hotel is close to la Playa. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it.

The wifi was not the best. Probably should get more range extenders. Some of the hotels surroundings was "not as nice" as the hotel. Two different worlds, but it is getting fixed up. There is no all inclusive options. Would be nice to have that option available. No swimming at the beach, too dangerous.
