Lovely stay in Caernarfon, close to key attractions.
Great location with a dedicated parking spot. Good kitchen, lovely relaxing area upstairs. Close to local attractions.
The bins hadn’t been emptied from the last occupant. We had to go and buy dishcloths and detergent so we could clean up after cooking. The place could have benefited from a thorough clean.

Good place for a few nights in north Wales!
The Aussie in-laws stayed here while exploring North Wales. They liked this spot to explore the area. They said the rooms was nice and the location was good. The lounge and kitchen area was good too. Had a great information booklet which was helpful.
The heating not accessible as guest and we had to message the host to turn it up.

Had a lovely week there apart from the lack of warmth.
The location was perfect for exploring the area and places we wanted to visit. All the facilities we needed were provided at the property and it was clean and comfortable.
Out only reservation which would prevent us returning at this time of year is the heating. The heating is controlled digitally and we had no control over the heating. Despite the boiler coming on at times and the radiator in the utility room being warm all the other radiators only got luke warm or remained cold. We on some occasions found we needed to wear a jumper or fleece in the evening.

The location was perfect for onward travel to locations we wanted to visit.
As I struggle with my disability I would of preferred the bathroom on the same floor as the bedroom.

Great location for exploring Caernarfon and watching steam trains, everything within 10mins walking distance.
Lovely view of boats over the estuary with plenty of wildlife to observe. A real home from home with everything you need in a self catering accommodation.

The house is lovely and the mural on the side of the house makes it very easy to find.
The sat nav postcode takes you to the other road if you follow Google maps.
