Private lake with clean water, shallow and deep parts, very few people so it’s really peaceful. Lots of hiking options, beautiful hills nearby. The apartments are newly built, good quality, with a view to the lake. The restaurant downstairs is amazing. Puchberg is less than 15 minutes drive away, so grocery shopping is easy.
Some parking spaces are tiny and in awkward places, making them challenging to use. Apartments lack AC so during the day it was unpleasant, since there a strong heatwave at the time of our stay. Restaurant is only open Thursday thru Sunday sadly.

The location is amazing, it is at the end of the valley and there is a private swimming lake, and also lots of tourist tracks. I also liked that we had a grill and seating outside as part of our room. I also liked the access to sauna with no extra payment.
The deposit, however it was cleared right after our checkout. And I did not like, that we had to check ourselves if something from the accommodation is missing, I think this could be done by the accommodation and not bother guests. I did not like the bed, it is too soft and tall. We also got only 3 tablets for dish cleaner which was not enough for us.

Very nice view of the area, atmospheric place, nice hiking routes around.
Not very well equipped apartment - no towel or paper towels in the kitchen, no lighter for the fireplace. Owners are not very friendly or responsive. Place claims to be dog-friendly, however there is not a single place where a dog can get to the lake. The lake is surrounded by a large fence, which creates a bit of a weird vibe
