Bad smell in the rooms because of broken sewage pipe under the kitchen sink. Unmaintained and smelly air conditioners with dirty filters. Kitchen sofa was very dirty. Lots of cobwebs in all rooms.

Large and clean appartement with land view. Reserved parking in front of the appartement. The appartement could be aired efficiently by opening windows.

It was a nice accommodation with a good location. Close to the see, restaurants, shop, etc. We had a nice balcony overlooking to the see.

Nice people, but the apartment was horrible.

The few from the balcony.

The pictures from the app weren’t matching the reality. The sewer was clogged in one bathroom (and it was the only bathroom of two we could hardly use). We couldn’t use the other bathroom because of the terrible smell. The smell was so terrible that when the door was closed we couldn’t walk past the bathroom. The air conditioning was broken in one room so we could only sleep in the other small room (where the terrible bathroom was!). The people were friendly but after someone showed us the apartment we have never seen them again. At the balcony were many ants. For this what we got we obviously overpaid for that apartment.

Excellent location, amazing views over the sea and very close to a beautiful beach. Nice comfy apartment and very attentive hosts. The local supermarket was closed and they went out of their way to bring me what I needed from a supermarket at driving distance.

Apartament wygodny dla rodziny z dwójką dzieci. Posiadał fantastyczny, duży taras z widokiem na morze, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. W salonie znajdowała się klimatyzacja.

Korrekt szállás, fogadás, a teraszon van napernyő.

Nagyon közel van a parthoz, este ennek ellenére csendes, pihenésre alkalmas. Van mikró, vízforraló, tűzhely és nagy hűtő. A légkondi is jól működött mindkét szobában.

Alapvetően minden rendben volt, a konyhában még elférne egy sajtreszelő és egy nagyobb tésztás tál.

Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet mit Küche, Geräten, Klimaanlage, Deckenventilator uvm. Der Strand ist in 300 m erreichbar, kleiner Supermarkt an der Ecke. Parkplatz war vorm Haus.

Leider fehlen so grundlegende Sachen wie Tee, Kaffee und Küchenrolle.

Ich und mein Sohn haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, wir würden wieder kommen.

Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein, die Standard-Sachen wie Wassserkocher, ausreichend Besteck, Tassen, Gläser und Teller sind vorhanden. Sogar eine Mikrowelle. Das Bad ist auch ausreichend groß und es wurden jeweils 2 Handtücher und 2 Badetücher zur Verfügung gestellt. 5 Gehminuten zum Strand, Top!

Bitte den Klodeckel ersetzen, er hängt am seidenen Faden. Und es wäre schön, wenn es einen Hacken zum aufhängen der Handtücher gegeben hätte, ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Klasika Chorvatsko - jezdíme léta, nemáme nikdy přehnané očekávání.

Funkční klimatizace v úmorných vedrech zajistila kvalitní spánek. Blízkost pláže, možno si odskočit na WC, či pro nápoje. Parkování bezproblémové. Komunikace přes whatsapp o příjezdu.

Stavitelé nového apartmánu neodvedli dobrou práci. Při ceně materiálu, je to škoda. Jsou to spíše drobnosti: v jedné koupelně svítí jedno světlo, občas 2. Z napojení baterie sprchy kape voda, při sprchování stříká. Nefunguje satelit, ani TV (nekoukali bychom, kdyby nebylo mistroství Evropy ve fotbale). Tak jsme museli na wifi, která je přes mobilního operátora a ten nestihá. V ĆR rychlosti 10 Mbits, v Chorvatsku ať přes wifi, či na přímo se svou SIM jsem nenaměřil více jako 2 Mbits. Pokrytí ale slušné. Balkón je utopený v zástavbě, neprofoukne, takže noční posezení není moc příjemné. Stačil by malý ventilátor. Chybí brousek, velmi tupý nůž jsme brousili u sousedů.
