Lovely flat, comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. Nice touches such as beach towels, tea/coffee etc. Loved that it was so close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Very comfortable bed. Would have liked to see pillow/mattress protectors. Good bathroom with excellent shower. The kitchen was stylish and well equipped.
The path from the car park is not pleasant. Overgrown with weeds and rubbish lying around. Generally felt run down with rusty air con (?) Units and letter boxes. Dog mess on the stairs leading up to the flat. I know this is due to the shops but presumably someone is responsible for the general upkeep of the building and surrounds. There was no mention in the listing of the flat being above a shop. It would have been good to know.

Outside staircase was pitch black and dangerous sofa uncomfortable dining chairs,dining chairs too low. No warning of fire alarm test.
