The appartment has 2 quite spacious rooms and a spacious kitchen/dining room/sitting area. There are shops and a nice park in the area, as well as a play ground for children. There is an elevator in the building. It is at walking distance from the centre. The appartment is in an older, residential part of Bansko (which is nice as the area around the gondola is completely empty during the summer); you need to take the car to the gondola and ski area.
The description contained "2 bathrooms with shower or bath". It turned out to be 1 bathroom with a shower and a second "bathroom" with only a toilet (so 1 single shower, no bath). The bathroom is very small and has no shower cabin so everything is wet once one person has taken a shower. There is a factory next door that started its noisy activity at 6 am on weekdays; we didn't sleep very well.
