A localização perfeita, a 15 min a pé da praia da Rocha, e no centero de Portimão. Casa com bons cómodos, de boas dimensões, e comodidades adequadas para passar uns dias excelentes em família. As roupas de cama e banho bem lavadas e cheirosas. Apoio ao alojamento responsivo, como contacto directo.

A casa precisa de vários ajustes e remodelações, e uma limpeza feita de forma mais cuidada. Aparentemente tudo estava limpo, mas havia louça mal lavada, pó em vários locais e os armários dos quartos com lixo acumulado. A cabine de duche precisa de arranjo, e a cortina da banheira da segunda cada de banho precisa ser substituída. O sofá e as camas poderiam ser mais confortáveis, assim como as almofadas.

El anfitrión pendiente a natura llegada me encantó! El alojamiento: cómodo, limpio, organizado y cercano a la playa. Muy tranquilo para venir en familia o pasar unos días tranquilo.

The location was convenient, the apartment was equipped with a bunch of stuff needed for everyday life.

The blinds were stuck pre-check in in the living room. That made the room pretty dark during most of the day, and blocked the main entrance to the balcony. Which is pretty annoying when you stay almost for two weeks. The entrance door to the balcony through the kitchen area had a door, but the door handle fell out when we tried to enter. Had to screw it back in manually with a knife. One of the toilets had a missing flush button, so you had to really get in your finger to press down the thingie to flush it. There was mold visible in one of the the bathrooms. The garage next door is so loud! I have no idea why the apartment complex owners can’t put on some oil on the mechanisms of the garage so that it doesn’t squeak like crazy. Some of the furniture like the living room lamp was put together in a funny way, like did the person arranging it even follow the instructions? We fixed it for free. We also noticed some furniture like the living room table needs some fixing as well or it will break eventually. This apartment has potential but really needs some care and love…
