F12 Modern and Bright Apartment in Malta

The apartment is very nice, large and good equipped. It has a large terrace and smaller balcony. The bus station is 3 minutes walk and in 10 minutes you are in Valletta city centre. If there weren´t so many problems, it would be a nice place.

There is self check-in and you take the keys from the box. Our keys weren´t there and we had to call the owner. Then we found out that our apartment wasn´t ready although it should be at 3 p.m. Never mind we came back at 8 p.m. In the building there were still the cleaning ladies. We didn´t get towels, they left linen on our balcony and the apartment wasn´t very clean. But the biggest problem was that we were 5 people and they prepared beds for only 4 people. We had to call the owner again and he told us to manage it by ourselves. We should go to some storeroom and find the mattress! He didn´t care that he or his staff should do this. He even didn´t tell us that we have to turn on the hot water, so we had to write him again how to do it. The apartment is very nice but it´s a pity that the communication and service is so bad.
