The One Napoli Luxury Apartment

Location is great, everything works well- and quiet even though on a busy street. All windows open onto courtyard so lots of light.

It would have been good to have washing facilities (machine and dryer) but wasn't so bad as it was the beginning of the trip

A very nice apartment, very well placed. Everything was working fine. We also received early check in which was much appreciated.

Location, although the ongoing (for the past 3 years) construction works for the new/re-configuered metro station does restrict access on the main street, in front of the entrance into this circular courtyard (which is beautiful).

Sagging mattress, cheap far too soft pillows (offer now support), only one bed side lamp, extremely small shower cubicle, requested 2-3 more coffee pods for our last day, which we did not receive - all these in the context of the apartment being labeled and sold as LUXURY. Definitely not luxury standard. The more accurate term would be ‘good level of comfort’. The ongoing construction works taking place just outside the building seemed to have affected our wifi and electricity connection. The WiFi issue was sorted by the person acting as ‘host’ but did take time. Cheap thin towels (only one set; we stayed for 5 nights). The paint is flaking in some areas on the walls - again, in a LUXURY apartment.
