Indian Summer at Aittaniemi

I guess everyone who tasted a week or at least couple of days here wants to return. Especially the Indian summer we experienced during this week contributed to the overall amazing time we spent here and to us thinking about our future stay already. Blueberries, cranberries and mushrooms were everywhere after a while in us too. The row boat and paddle boards are a great idea.

Absolute stunning house by lake

Amazing remote location. Didn't see anyone around the 3 days we were there. Sauna and hot tub very welcome after 5 days paddling on Lake Saimaa. Private beach and jeti with swim ladder was excellent. Place was spotless, plenty of utensils and kitchen cupboard extras. Incredible sunsets every night we were there. Hosts very helpful and responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very minor nitpick - only 1 toilet for 5 of us was a struggle at times and the shower in the communal sauna area wasn't ideal but fine.

Marvelous September

The villa is at a perfect location and you can just sit, relax and enjoy beautiful views from the terrace or jacuzzi. We used the row boat to discover small uninhabitated islands. There were so many blueberries and cranberries just next to the villa. Edible mushrooms were also everywhere.

Beautiful location with astonishing lake views from all windows, quiet, all new equipment, luxury bed linens and towels, immaculate design, fully equipped kitchen, lovely views. Property owners go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. The children had so much fun in the snow around the house, we cannot wait to come back!

Fantastic location and lovely cottage! It is fully equipped and the view is marvellous, the host is very friendly and interior is cozy. Beautiful nature and breathtaking hiking trails nearby. Will definitely come back :)

The location, the house, the amenities, the jacuzzi, the easy communication with the host, the wonderful nature and the fact that it took no more than 15 minutes to catch the perch needed for a delicious fish stock just from in front of the house ... everything was just perfect!

不知道如何开电视，找了半天也找不到遥控/机顶盒之类的，房东说来一趟解决，但是可能他的房子太多了，去错地方了。给我拍了图片说他来了，然后告诉我怎么开电视，可是按照他的方法还是无法打开。建议房东可以有一个操作说明

Emplacement exceptionnel face au lac. Logement très bien équipé. Au calme. Sauna top et facile d’utilisation.

L’absence de rideau occultant dans la chambre. (Réveil tôt avec la lumière) Manque un lavabo dans la salle de bain.

Allotjament d'ensomni al costat del llac Saimaa

La caseta és el que es diu de pel·lícula (només cal vore les fotos), i està en una situació immillorable amb el llac al costat. El millor és que té una escaleta que et porta directament a un moll en el llac amb una escala per a baixar a l'aigua, i cobreix només pel pit. Amb açò, poguérem viure l'experiència típicament finesa de fer una sauna i, a continuació, baixar a banyar-se en el llac. Està a mitja hora en cotxe de Lappeenranta, de manera que es pot fer una visita a la ciutat sense haver d'estar tot el temps en la caseta.

Les instruccions per a encendre la sauna no estan clares del tot. Haguí de telefonar a l'amo perquè m'explicara com fer-la funcionar. Després va funcionar molt bé.
