ARMONIA 408 APARTMENT IN GAZCUE

De verdad que nos encanto a mi y a mi pareja y carolina la anfitriona se dieron unas situaciones en el apartamento y ella nos resolvio de forma inmediata.

the place is bigger than the pictures and really nice. very comfy and you are in a secure building with a gate/security 24/7. you are walking distance to mini market and small spots to eat but you would need an uber to the mall and historic places but its a few bucks. no problems, easy check in and out.

Building not climate controlled, no AC in living room/main space of the apartment or bathrooms. The entire apartment reeked of cigarettes and weed when we arrived, had to air it out for 5 hours. Roaches present in the laundry room and half bath. Under-equipped kitchen—-don’t expect salt and pepper, cooking utensils beyond a spatula, paper towels, kitchen towels, or wine glasses. The oven does not heat up hot enough to cook a take and bake pizza—-we tried for 1.5 hours to cook a 10” that should have taken 10 minutes. Bed is a full with a queen headboard, so don’t let the pictures fool you. Communication is subpar/sparse. Our contact person did not reach out to me until the night before our rental at 11:45 PM to ask if we were indeed coming, otherwise threatening to “cancel our reservation” even though we had confirmed weeks before. On the day of our arrival, she did not communicate clearly regarding how to obtain the key until 30 minutes after we arrived. She then reached out on the last day of our day to ask if the owners could deliver a new mattress… On the last day, there were no checkout instructions provided regardless of the fact that we had inquired the previous day. All in all I would recommend to spend the extra $50 a night and stay elsewhere in the Old City.
