The Location as it was few doors away from My uncle’s house whose funeral we were attending. It also had good amenities with Waitrose just a minute walk and Costa coffee next door
There is no lift and we had a lot to carry up the stairs given we have mobility issue and my mum is elderly.

The apartment was better absolutely beautiful

The property was in a great location and it was spacious with everything you needed.
We stayed in the apartment twice in the space of a couple of weeks and it was really dirty. Under the sofas, the bath mat was disgusting and the place was generally not cleaned to a high standard.
