Il Fortino Apartment

The location and layout of the apartment were excellent. The owner was very helpful and always available to assist us with any request or question we had. We also appreciated the good selection of coffee capsules. The bed and sofa were comfortable, making our stay very relaxing. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the towels, the owner immediately brought us new ones. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the owner’s responsiveness and hospitality.

It could have been better in terms of cleanliness. The towels could also have been of better quality and cleaner. When we first arrived, there was toilet paper in the bathroom bin, and I’m not sure whether it had been left by a previous guest or the cleaning crew. Combined with the yellow towel I was given, this made me feel somewhat uncomfortable and gave me the impression that the apartment had not been cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been.

Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη. Δεν έστειλε ούτε ένα μήνυμα από την ώρα που έγινε η κράτηση για τα τυπικά και όταν προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω μαζί του την ημέρα που είχαμε το τσεκ μέσα από 4 μηνύματα, μου έστειλε μόνο κατά την ώρα που ήταν το το τσεκ ιν για να μου πει τις λεπτομέρειες πως θα μπω στο δωμάτιο. Είχε προκύψει ένα θέμα με την σύντροφο μου και χρειαζόμουν μια βοήθεια έστω να μας πει αν μπορούμε να αφήσουμε κάπου τις αποσκευές μας και δεν απάντησε ποτέ στα μηνύματα μου και η δικαιολογία του ήταν πως ήταν διακοπές. Μετά από πολλές κρατήσεις στην εφαρμογή ήταν ο πρώτος οικοδεσπότης που δεν έστειλε ένα μήνυμα μετά την κράτηση και δεν απάντησε τίποτα σε 4 μηνύματα. Ωστόσο όταν κάναμε το τσεκ ιν μου απαντούσε αμέσως και ήξερε να μου πει για να μην αργήσουμε να κάνουμε τσεκ αουτ και να αφήσουμε χρήματα για τους φόρους. Εμένα μου φάνηκε πως ήταν κοροϊδία αυτό να μην απαντάς σε μηνύματα πριν το τσεκ ιν και μετά να απαντάς σε όλα και πρώτη φορά μου συμβαίνει.

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé proche du centre de la ville

El apartamento está precioso, bonito, muy limpio, ordenado, espacioso, cómodo, con balcón y la amabilidad de la dueña excepcional. Se podía aparcar gratuitamente en la misma puerta. Es un lugar perfecto para quedarse en Catania, está a 15 minutos del centro pero merece la pena. Es un lugar muy recomendable. La disposición de la dueña perfecta, muy amable y accesible. Nos dejó café para el desayuno gratuitamente. De verdad que merece mucho la pena, es todo de 10.
