The biggest upside of this flat was the flexible check in, and a super responsive host. Arriving early in the morning and being able to check in early and to also communicate with the host regularly made me much more comfrotable about arriving from overseas. Overall, this flat is incredible value for money. I stayed there by myself and worked from the flat as well and was very comfortable. It is a quirky flat with a small kitchen, but anyone who prefer staying in flats with a bit of character that don't need to be 'new and perfect' will enjoy this flat. It's a 5 min walk to a big supermarket and 15 min walk to Paulista street (if you can walk quickly uphill!) Very secure area

I struggled a bit with the reception staff who doesn't speak English. They're very nice but if you don't speak Portugese just prepare yourself to communicate over a translator. It took me a while to figure out that I don't have to ring the reception to enter for example. The drainage in the shower is a bit problematic and have spilled out a couple of times onto the flat's floor.

O chuveiro poderia ser melhor. Localização, o acesso para Av. Paulista não é como eu imaginava, devido a altimetria da rua, a caminhada é difícil. O que os demais hóspedes já haviam citado quanto a geladeira ser grande para o espaço da pequena cozinha.
