Uns hat sehr gefallen, dass wir alle genug Platz und ein eigenes Zimmer hatten, um uns zurückzuziehen. Man kann direkt vor der Haustür parken und es war im Haus alles vorhanden, was man braucht und sogar mehr. Die Ecke ist sehr ruhig und bis auf den Hahn, der am Morgen kräht, ziemlich entspannt. Die Kommunikation vorab und die Übergabe am Anreisetag waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Man kam uns sogar mit der Anreisezeit entgegen. Preis-Leistung passt.
Die Zimmerdecke oben war sehr niedrig, für alle ab 1,80 kaum mehr zuträglich. Die Fenster der Schlafräume hatten weitestgehend keinen Sonnenschutz, bzw. keine Gardinen etc. und die Treppe macht sehr laute Geräusche und mag so manche schlafende Person aufwecken. Man sollte zudem den Duschvorhang überdenken, diese hält das laufende Wasser nämlich aufgrund der Kürze nicht in der Dusche selbst.

Sehr viel Raum für einen wirklich guten Preis. Familiäre Atmosphäre und sehr freundlich.
Einige Dinge müssen noch Stand gesetzt werden. Aber ansonsten ist alles okay. Für den Preis könnten wir locker darüber wegsehen.

Das der Vermieter vor Ort wohnt und somit eine direkte Einweisung und Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte.
Unvollständige Steckdosen Einfassungen , Duschbereich sehr unprofessionell gearbeitet , bei Ankunft hätte es etwas wärmer sein dürfen.

Sehr freundliche, flexible, auf alles vorbereitete Eigentümer, die jeden Wunsch sofort erledigen. Küche voll ausgestattet. Badezimmer: Dusche/Badewanne/Toilette plus extra-Toilette.
Internet/WLAN weit ab vom normalen Niveau. Glasfaserkabel ist bereits verlegt, jedoch noch nicht angeschlossen. Anschlußtermin offen.
