The room is spacious and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of bedding available. There was a nice balcony that was in the sun during the day. A very good location in winter but the road would be very busy in summer
There was only hot water in the shower - none in the handbasin or kitchen sink. If you use the kitchen facilities how do you wash up? Lighting outside the apartment door very poor.

The location is good, the apartment is spacious and well equipped apart from the lack of a kettle, mop and bucket and dust pan and brush. Full sun on the balcony in the afternoon. Air conditioning/heating is included. Very pleasant host to deal with. I thought good value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to return. One of the best budget apartments I have stayed in. The photos are accurate.
It should be made clear it's up three flights of stairs, with no lift, and that it is not a serviced accommodation. You do your own cleaning, bed making etc like you would at home, including rubbish disposal. Not a deal breaker for me, but may not suit everybody. Would benefit from another bedside light, and during our stay the only source of hot water was from the shower.
