No aceptan la moneda local. Hay que pagar en euros en efectivo. Estaría bien saberlo antes.

Alice, zonja e hotelit, ishte jashtëzakonisht mikpritëse, e sjellshme dhe gjithmonë e gatshme për të na ndihmuar me çdo gjë që mund të na nevojitej gjatë qëndrimit. Dhomat ishin perfekte: shumë të pastra, moderne, me mobilim të ri dhe shumë cilësor. Tualeti ishte i pastër dhe çdo gjë funksiononte në mënyrë perfekte. Edhe kuzhina ishte e pajisur shumë mirë, me enë dhe pajisje të reja e cilësore. Ambienti i jashtëm ishte shumë i pastër, i bukur dhe i mirëmbajtur. Në përgjithësi, çdo gjë ishte në nivel shumë të lartë dhe qëndrimi ynë ishte vërtet shumë i këndshëm.

Nuk kemi asgjë negative për të thënë. Çdo gjë ishte perfekte.

The washing machine was not inside the apartment but it was shared with the entire building and you could not use it after 9 pm since the owners locked the door where the washing machine was.The extractor hood wasn’t working and was blowing all the cooking fumes back inside. When I tried to pay in Lek they made a scene requesting the payment in Lek not according to the conversion rate but much more. When I complained about the washing machine not being inside the apartment the owners daughter who managed the reservations, instead of emphasizing she kept justifying themselves and saying that I am causing scenes without a reason. They should definitely improve communication and learn how to treat guests.
