Location and facilities were great
Arrival and parking is not well explained in welcome message. Cannot access parking unless you first get into room and retrieve parking fob

Large, clean 2br apt in great location at great price.
No on-site staff, all distance operated. Had to wait for full email instructions, had to find lockbox, often difficult in getting in/out of parking with clicker, not all keys fit in lockbox.

The property was fantastic and the amenities were robust. It is a very secure building with all of the services covered. Parking was safe and convenient and everything was in walking distance so I rarely needed my car.
Not much… There was a bit of traffic noise during rush hour and construction, but it was minimal at most.

Nice and close to metro, shopping and restaurants.
We are seniors and prefer regular cable tv, with a guide where you can see what’s on all the usual networks. This Roku business didn’t work for us.
