Rien de particulier à part quelques cafards

The Apartment is very comfortable for a long stay.The kitchen is well stocked for home cooking,The location is very close to supermarket and a local bus.The hotel opposite can be a little noisy in the evening but only until 23.30.The terrace is very private and sunny in the morning.The swimming pool area is very clean with plenty of loungers.

I really liked that the apartment’s balcony was large and spacious, and the view over Maspalomas was excellent. Watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks from there was incredibly beautiful. Every morning offered a stunning sunrise. The apartment had a very comfortable bed and was compact yet spacious enough for two to three people. Communication with owner was fast and polite, easy way to get the keys from the keybox, everything was told before we arrived.

Overall, everything was excellent. The only downside was that parking was not available directly around the building. Instead, cars had to be parked in a gravel parking area about 400 meters away, which was also used by other rental cars. Fortunately, it was not far at all, and the walk to the parking area was actually quite pleasant and peaceful. Nozy area and u can hear music across the street, but if u are tired and sleep well, it didnt disturbed us.

Tout était bien fonctionnant; agréable balcon; piscine.

La résidence est un peu viellotte, des années '70. L'appartement également, il devrait être remis au gout du jour pour le mobilier.
