Bútorok, az ágyak kényelmesek, kávégép, kert, jakuzzi.
Kicsit szűkös a konyha felszerelése. (Edény, tálaló eszközök, grillhez csak a sütő van meg.) Esetleg egy fény záró roló vagy ilyesmi sem ártana, bár ez egyén függő.

A szálláshely modern, a jacuzzi kiemelten tetszett.
Elvileg 6-an mentünk volna, végül 4-en, de kiderült, hogy 6 főnek nagyon szűkös lett volna ez a szállás. Korábban ár-érték arányban hasonló Tiszafüredi szálláson tágasan akár 8-an is elfértünk volna. A teraszbútor nagy koszos volt. A konyha grillezéshez nem volt felszerelve, pl. a húst sem volt mivel fordítani, amivel nem égetett volna a parázs.
