Breeze Cottage

The location was perfect, We were able to visit Lincoln city to the north as well as Newport, which was only 25 minutes to the south. Cottage was cozy and well equipped, and the view was amazing.

Honestly, the parking. It wasn’t exactly clear where to park. Told that we had to park in front of cottage 170, but when someone ended up staying there they parked in the yard where we had originally parked. Ended up placing our vehicle on the street in between 170 and the house facing beach on the corner. Some parking or numbered signs would be a convenient addition.

Only challenge was the bed was a bit of a challenge to get out of. I fell off the bottom onto the floor trying to get out

Lovely location near the beach about equal distance between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. The view and proximity to the beach are the reason to stay.

The price was high for such a tiny space. There was nowhere to unpack anything. The bedroom could never be made dark because the blinds are just for privacy. The security lights from the neighbors kept it light at night, and sunrise is at about 5:30, so don’t expect sleeping in. Overall, they should consider a few more niceties to help make the cost feel worth it. Perhaps better soaps or complimentary coffee. It felt like five-star prices with two-star amenities.
