On a positive note, the property itself is very nice, well-located, and offers a unique experience of staying in a local cave house. It is a true shame that such a beautiful property is overshadowed by poor management and stressful check-in issues.

I experienced highly problematic billing issues and hidden fees after booking a fully paid, 2-night stay for €105. Upon arrival, the host demanded extra money, claiming a 30% discount was applied to my booking and it was only applicable if I satyed 30 nights instead of 2, there was absolutely no mention of this on my reservation, on the contrary it showed total cost €105, total paid €105. While the host claimed to have sent a message about this, surprising guests with extra fees via text without ensuring explicit prior acknowledgment is highly unprofessional. Because this booking was non-refundable and the notification was only sent after the reservation was finalised, it creates a situation that traps guests into paying more. I am uncertain whether this was an intentional practice or simply due to a lack of resources and technical knowledge in managing the platform system. However, advertising a room with an incorrect price is unacceptable, especially since it is unrealistic to expect a 2-day guest to suddenly extend their booking to 30 days just to qualify for a discount. Additionally, basic amenities were lacking; we were only given 2 coffee pods for 2 people for 2 nights, and the kitchen completely lacked standard essentials like salt or oil. Better attention to these details would greatly improve the guest experience.
