The friendliness of the staff and hospitality was welcoming.
The room was a bit unclean (the floor wasn’t clear with some permanent stain) - the vents in the room weren’t properly isolated and the rooms weren’t soundproofed. There was a family next to our room, with a kid who was screaming the whole time and we couldn’t sleep nor be in peace.
