All the staff was incredibly kind, looking after me and my comfort, always with great attitude. The tents were ok, you can ask for a heating device if inside is too cold. They have great fireplaces so you can be outside your tent at night and they bring you a delicious pizza from a local restaurant. This is a great place to get away from work and life in the big cities.
I'd just say the boiler is not available 24/7, sincd you gotta ask the staff to make it work, and the sheets were sorta dirty because there were a lot of female hairs.

Good excelente pero hizo mucho frío. Afortunadamente había cobijas suficientes para no haber sufrido durante la noche.

Lindo lugar, algo costoso.
Es un lugar muy bonito, las casitas son hermosas y amplias, se pasa un poco de frío pero nada terrible. El personal súper amable. Las instalaciones muy limpias.
Creo que los extras son bastante costosos. La cena “buffet” son solo unos tres guisados muy sencillos, sopes y agua, café/té. 250 pesos por persona me parece excesivo, especialmente cuando saliendo del santuario (en sábado) hay muchos puestos de comida. La sorpresa de cumpleaños también me pareció muy costosa, y le pedí a mi acompañante no solicitarla.

La ubicación extraordinaria. Muy cerca del Santuario. EL personal súper amable y dispuesto. El parking y la disposición de las tiendas inmejorable.
Aunque la idea es buena, les falta la extra milla para hacer que la relación calidad-precio sea la adecuada. No nos pusieron toallas, hubo que pedirlas. No nos encendieron el calentador de agua, hubo que pedirlo. En el baño no hay espejo. En la ducha no había jabón ni shampoo en los ammenities dispuestos para ello. El flujo de agua caliente muy difícil de regular, o muy fría o hirviendo. Las cobijas de calidad muy baja. Pedimos una fogata durante el check in y nunca llegó. Poca atención al detalle. El personal muy dispuesto a satisfacer, pero sin las herramientas necesarias.
