Valley Perch

The condo is well cared for and updated. The kitchen is well stocked. The location was as advertised, we just realized it's pretty far out in Elkhorn and we like to be closer to the resort.

In terms of comfort there were a few issues. The primary bedroom has a very old mattress that needs to be replaced. The living/dining room is quite small so the very large sectional is very difficult to maneuver around. You can barely get between the dining table and the end of the sectional to sit down. It's just too big for the room. Sadly, the sectional is not comfortable. I think there may be a recliner section on the end but we couldn't figure it out.
