    This was my second visit to Kaohsiung, and I decided to try a different hotel for my 5-night stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The lobby and guest rooms are clean, modern, and elegantly minimalist, creating a comfortable and sophisticated atmosphere. The location is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and milk tea shops within walking distance. The hotel is also conveniently accessible to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English, which made my stay even more enjoyable. My only significant disappointment was the lack of ironing facilities. This was the first hotel I've stayed at that did not provide an iron and ironing board, either in the room or upon request. I consider these basic amenities, especially for business travelers and conference attendees. As a result, I had to attend my conference wearing clothes that had become wrinkled during travel. The breakfast selection was decent, but it became repetitive after a few days. The menu remained largely the same throughout my stay, with only one or two dishes and the fruit selection changing each day. Despite these minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning because of the excellent location, clean facilities, and accommodating staff.

    We were a big group and we definitely loved the hotel rooms! So clean and the beds were comfortable to sleep in.

    Pro: New and clean hotel with convenient location. Room was big and spacious (I chose double room). Also there were movie channels on TV which were free. Con: Water pressure was not good enough for shower. And there wasn’t any handwash provided. Breakfast was included in room rate but choices were limited. There were only steam eggs without other types like sunny fried, scrambled or boiled ones. And very few options for pastries. Could be better with this price.
