42 Albury Place

Stayed for 11 days at this property,we used to live in Shrewsbury but now live in Bulgaria so we were back to visit family we know Shrewsbury well and knew exactly where this apartment was and booked it mainly because of proximity to town and family. The apartment is very modern and well equipped bed was comfy and both showers were excellent,nice to have a powerful shower that you don't need a science degree to work,just set temperature and press a button. Kitchen had everything you needed and a great coffee machine,we didn't actually cook in the apartment as ate out or bought takeaway. It was during the very hot weather when we stayed and even though we opened the patio doors in the door at night being on the ground floor we couldn't do this but a fan in the bedroom did help slightly. 2 cupcakes were left for us on arrival and coffee and water which was great. Easy walk into town so you could leave car in designated space and just walk in. Even though apartment is very close to railway,main road,car wash and a garage it's extremely quite. Excellent stay I would definitely recommend and will endeavour to stay on our next visit.

Internal doors could do with some oil as they squeaked loudly Outside key lock was really difficult to open and close took a lot of attempts

Off Street parking, little extras like coffee, milk was I really nice touch.

absolutely beautiful apartment with a brilliant host who looked after the family through a difficult time. if we were not already living in Shrewsbury we would be more than happy to stay here again
