Location, sea view, cleaniness, linen beddings.
Ventilation was a bit too noisy like in most modern buildings that are not designed to address the issue with properly sized pipes, sound absorbers and vents. Pillows could be upgraded to match the bedding quality.

Asunnossa oli laadukkaat ja huolellisesti valitut tekstiilit, astiat ja pienetkin yksityiskohdat. Ja paljon suomalaista designia! Mahdollisuus käyttää samassa kerroksessa olevaa taloyhtiön pientä, uutta ja siistiä saunaa oli meille mukava lisä ulkoilupäivän jälkeen.
