Everything is more or less clean and new, you have everything you need in the room and kitchen as well. Two bedrooms are great for families with children. Communication with the owner was great. Close to the beach and supermarket. Huge space, balcony. A/C.
The couch would need to be deeply dusted-off. More than one washing machine tablet would be good. Softer matraces, but that´s individual. It´s important to point out that the hotel opposite the bedrooms makes regular disco parties until about 11:30PM and they are VERY loud, so even with closed windows you can clearly hear them.
