    Cute apartment, but wish I had known some things ahead of time.
    The apartment was just adorable. Clearly an attic that had been remodeled, it had a lot of nice architectural elements.
    The host was not exactly forthcoming on all elements. I could find nothing clearly stating the apartment was on the fourth floor. Having to climb up four flights of stairs multiple times was a chore for guests in their 70s. The listing said there was a Mountain View, but the only way to see a mountain was being 6 feet tall and looking out of a skylight. There were no other windows in the apartment. The listing said there was a washer and while indeed there was one on the property, it was five stories down in the basement. And finally, even though the pictures kind of showed this, to get to the second bed, one had to climb what looked like a bookcase with no railing to a loft. My husband could not even fit his shoulders through the opening to that loft without scrunching them together. Finally, and this was not the host’s fault, the lobby and common areas just reeked of cigarette smoke. It was gross just walking through. This was another reason I did not use the laundry facilities although I had planned to.

    Super clean and great design style
    The location is great! It is so walkable to Narvik’s attractions and also has easy street parking nearby. There are EV chargers in parking garages a very short walk away in the mall/museum area. The design and cleanliness of this spot are the highlights. Came as 3 people and we immediately felt it was more spacious and comfortable than any usual apartment. There is elegant decor, but not too much that it becomes cluttered or crowded at all. The design is stylish and very modern. The bathroom is very clean and comfortable with a sleek design. There is a bedroom and a loft bedroom, both are very comfortable and cosy. The windows present a nice view of the city, and have good blinds to filter out light when needed.
    There seemed to be a little construction work next door, the noise from which traveled through the walls a little. It was not too disturbing though and only occurred after we already woke up.

    Quick visit to Narvik
    Very nice apartment. Well repaired and furnished. Ideally located close to the Narvik battles museum. A parking lot in front of the building.
    We have missed a plate to cook in the oven. Too much perfume in the apartment (cause of headache for me). The apartment is at the third level of a 3 storey building. No lift in the building (that should be said in the description) The common areas are quite dirty with a lot of electric wires visible and not protected. The bed should be replaced : we slide to the center all night long.

    Modern, clean and freshly renovated apartment in the center of Narvik. Good communication with host. Free parking nearby.
    Apartment in the 4th floor without elevator. We are on a 5-week trip with a lot of luggage. Therefore very hard to lift it up.

    Great appartement with gorgeous, well thought interior!
    The appartement was very clean, modern and well equipped. The interior was gorgeous and well thought. It is not a very big appartement but its size is utilised intelligently well and accommodates 4 people at least with a fifth on the sofa. The bath room is really clean and very modern. It is on the top floor in the attic and we liked the windows in the roof where you can sit underneatch and watch the sky and clouds. There is no phyiscal key needed but a key code. So, no physical contact was required. Hence, arriving very late is no problem.
    Although the appartement itself is awesome and deserves a full rating of 10, the building is not. At first sight we had a shivering, not-so-trustworthy feeling. The main entrance door lock and some letterboxes were cracked open and some floors left a wretched, broken and aging impression. However, the balcony in the staircase seemed brand new and well in shape. So, there might be some construction planning ongoing that will improve the building in the future. Nevertheless, we felt very secure in the vicinity and never had any bad feelings or thoughts about it. The building is the only reason I can not give a full rating of 10, although the landlord of the appartement is not able to help it and can not do anything about it.

    A gem in the heart of Narvik
    This was a clean, quiet and comfortable apartment, very modern and well equiped, a dishwasher and washing machine were very welcome, as was the friendly welcome when you got to the top of the building stairs (3 levels, whew!). The owner was always helpful with any questions. The owner's pictures were useful and accurate. Parking was easier than expected despite the street construction at the time. There's a parking lot across the road which we didn't need. The owner's done a great job providing a haven after a long day's drive!
    The apartment is three levels high up the stairway to the loft of an old building so plan your suitcase loads accordingly. being under the roof of the building means that heat can build up in summer. A fan would be useful.

    Nice stay with all that you might need.
    Good place, really nicely equipped (even with the real coffee machine).
    Expect to see an outdated building with unexpectedly modern apartment, which is good of course). 2 ot of 3 ceiling windows are broken (one completely), so be careful adjusting them.
