location was beautiful. being directly on the beach and only 10mins from Cairns, Smithfield and within a short stroll to the best cafe for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails

The property is in need of some serious maintenance. And a deep clean, especially the pool lalthough decor was nice and photos create a large area, it is quite small especially the larger furniture on the outdoor decking. The decking especially around the pool is lifting and rotten in certain areas with screws and nails sticking up making it hazardous to your bare feet. The bedrooms are all close together with one of the beds being on castors and a terrible mattress. Access to the property is through a side alley to the back deck, unless you track through 1 of the 2 bedrooms at the front. drive way is tight with the access from the lane way so if you have a larger 4x4 I’ll his makes it a bit of a challenge.

Location and pool

The overall cleanliness of the place was ok. It definitely would benefit from a through clean. For added privacy from the neighbours I would suggest a couple of screens near the kitchen and bathroom windows.
