It was clean, spacious and in a good location for our weekend plans. Very peaceful. Would be a great location for families with plenty of room for children to play safely outside as well

Not many restaurants in short walking distance. But this can be planned for with a car or just be prepared for a bit longer walk (or cycle)

People parking at night and staying there, drinking, waiting for friends ? Also after lots of rain, there was an unpleasant smell in the house

Beautiful house, very nice living room. Perfect for a weekend with friends. Plenty of info about the area, easy arrival.

Only some minor things, checkout was quite early. Cheap quality football game,... nothing major.

Spacious with everything that you would require, plus more. Washing machine, tumble dryer 2 fridges, freezer. There wasn't anything really that we needed that was not there. Great space for parking. Quiet. Good location to run and cycle. Despite the negative points as listed below, the overall stay was very good. Would certainly book again if returning to the area.

The en suite was a good size, but no toilet. There was only 1 toilet on the bedroom level to share amongst 6 people. There was another toilet downstairs, but ideal for using in the middle of the night. The bedding in the main bedroom smelt like a wet dog and the room had a smell of urine. Not sure if pets have been allowed in the property and that has resulted in the unfavourable smell especially considering that the floor is wooden with gaps between panels. Fireplace did not work as it would appear that no gas was feeding through. Could hear the clicking of it trying to ignite. A brighter outside light would help as it was pitch black trying to walk from the car to the front door and trying to use the key to open the front door. Perhaps a sensor light to collect the key in the dark.

Beautiful accommodation, spacious, modern, comfortable, clean, well designed and stylish. lots of space, everything provided for, a great night sleep, refresh and relax! Great location for exploring Limburg.

Kids asked for lighter duvets and a bunk bed! The front door mat was soaked so brought water in the house - recommend a door mat inside for damp shoes and a different out door mat.
