Sehr gut eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Lage, man ist schnell am Meer und zum einkaufen ist es auch nicht weit

Zeer volledig appartement, om de hoek van het strand en vele bezienswaardigheden.
Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer en gastvrouw, goed uitgeruste keuken, twee maal airco, zowel in de woonkamer als in de slaapkamer (en zo ook twee maal televisie). Zeer schoon. Eigen parkeerplek op parkeerplaats waar je vanaf het balkon op uitkijkt. Op loopafstand van de zee (3 minuten) en ook bakker plus 2 supermarkten (Spar en Eurospin) om de hoek en nog een grotere op 5 minuten met de auto. Bovendien leuke uitvalsbasis voor zowel de bloemenrivièra (o.a. San Remo) als voor Franse middellandse zeekust (o.a. Menton, Monaco, Eze, Nice). Geen minpunten te bedenken 👍🏻

Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Bell’appart in buona posizione con molti servizi vicini.
Gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria. Posizione molto buona. Siamo stati d’inverno e non abbiamo usufruito delle spiagge. Parcheggio privato molto comodo. Appartamento nuovo e pulito, arredato con gusto.
Finestra verso il corridoio del condominio, che dava luce alla sala/camera dei bimbi.

Bene ma non benissimo. Lo paghi come un 5 stelle e non rilasciano nemmeno ricevuta fiscale
Se andate per lavoro, attenzione perché la signora non rilascia nemmeno una ricevuta, quindi rischiate di perdere come me il rimborso del cliente. Trovandosi in un condominio purtroppo c'è gente che parla forte fino a tardi (però basta indossare i tappi e via)

Pulizia, organizzazione perfetta dell’ alloggio,ogni cosa al posto giusto, informazioni dettagliate, a partire dalle schede tecniche degli elettrodomestici fino ai depliant e cartine su cosa fare in Italia ed in Francia. Letto matrimoniale “vero” in soggiorno, a scomparsa in una struttura che diventa divano, una volta retratto il letto. Molto comodo! Vicinanza alle spiagge con passeggiata mare ricca di locali e ristoranti, tutto a pochi passi. Parcheggio comodissimo difronte. Cucina attrezzata e completa, Insomma tutto quello che si possa desiderare da un host di altissimo livello. Bagno molto bello, doccia grande e comodissima, lavatrice di intima generazione presente. C’è davvero tutto e di gran qualità! I proprietari sono persone speciali per me. Grazie Giuseppe ed Isabella ❤️
