Casa molto spaziosa, con un ampio giardino e una bella piscina, sicuramente il valore aggiunto del soggiorno. La posizione è comoda: a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro e a circa 10-15 minuti a piedi dai supermercati e dalla prima spiaggia attrezzata. Il condizionatore, anche se presente solo in una camera, è sufficiente a rinfrescare anche l’altra. La casa ha davvero un grande potenziale.

La casa avrebbe bisogno di una pulizia più accurata: ragnatele, polvere sotto alcuni mobili e un paio di mutande sotto il letto della camera principale, evidentemente lasciate dagli ospiti precedenti, potevano essere tolte prima del nostro arrivo. Due scalini e la balaustra delle scale sono traballanti, alcuni mobili poco stabili e mancano vere tende oscuranti. Sarebbe utile un supporto per il doccino e una tenda sulla vasca per poter fare comodamente la doccia. Con una pulizia più approfondita, un po’ di manutenzione e qualche intervento di ammodernamento, soprattutto sui serramenti, sarebbe davvero una casa splendida.

The grandpa who welcomed us was kind and helpful. The house’s temperature was nice and cool and we also enjoyed spending time at the pool. They left tea and nescafé in the kitchen for us, which came very handy. We could use their private parking in the garden (although for an extra charge).

The furniture and the equipments are quite worn-out. The shower had hardly any warm water pressure, we had to shower in cold water and still at relatively low pressure. The toilet upstairs was leaking, and the seats on both toilets were moving. I had to do some extra cleaning in the bathrooms. The mattrasses in the upper bedroom were old and a little uncomfortable. The trains passing by were a bit noisy.
